Our collaborators\u2019 safety and health in the workplace are the absolute priority in OCSA.
\nOur starting point is an adequate risk analysis followed by the implementation of all the most suitable protective devices for people and systems, the subsequent creation of adequate procedures for facing any possible risk, concluding with a specific training programme for staff. This has let us certify our health and safety management in the workplace according to OHSAS 18001.<\/p>\n
The environment is of fundamental importance to us as well; our production is totally monitored and non polluting.
\nWe have been EN ISO 14001 certified since 2005.<\/p>\n
We have installed photovoltaic panels on the roofs of our plants and eliminated the old asbestos covering. These panels enable us to produce 1.35 MW of clean energy for our own consumption and avoid dispersing 840 tons per year of CO2 into the environment.<\/p>\n
We apply our philosophy of continuous improvement in this area as well and we are never satisfied with the results we reach, challenging ourselves to reach new targets.<\/p>\n
