WHERE THE DATA ARE PROCESSED
Processing connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned office and are handled exclusively by personnel in charge of the processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance and secretarial operations. The data released may be communicated to third parties in relation to services performed for the data controller; these subjects will be appointed on the basis of art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679 responsible for the processing.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data: The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information which is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are cancelled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, needed to answer requests, as well as any other personal data in the contact form. Specific information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request. The personal data disclosed in the contact section will be used to proceed with a subsequent telephone or e-mail contact of the Company concerned for the purpose of an estimate and pre-contractual activities pursuant to art. 6 letter b) of EU Reg. 2016/679. Express consent of the data subject is, on the other hand, required for subscribing to the newsletter and update service (Article 6, letter a) of EU Reg. 2016/679) as well as for personalized communications.
OPTIONALITY OF PROVIDING DATA
In addition to what has been specified above regarding browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data in request forms, reserved registration areas or in any case indicated in contacts. Non provision of such data may however bring about the impossibility to supply what has been requested. Specific notices will express when the consent of the interested party is required and the interested party will be informed of the ways in which he/she can revoke a previously expressed consent.
Personal data are processed with IT tools for the time strictly needed to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, and are compared with those which the data controller may already possess to carry out activities or services. In case of discrepancy, the person in charge can contact the sender to verify the integrity of the data or provide for its possible correction. Specific security measures are taken to prevent the loss, unlawful or incorrect use of data and unauthorized accesses.

System log and maintenance
For needs related to operation and maintenance, this site and any third party services used by it may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and which may also contain personal data, such as the user’s IP address.
